Kay was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where she learned the real estate business and customer service from the family business. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison she spent several years in Phoenix, Arizona, working in the resort industry. She loves to golf in her free time along with spinning and boot camp classes at the Y.
